In IMESA, sustainability is not just a commitment, but a shared responsibility. Through our ESG path, we work to integrate innovation, ethics and respect for the environment, putting people and the future of the next generations at the center.
ESG committee
IMESA has established an internal ESG Committee (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Committee, a significant step towards strengthening environmental, social and governance sustainability practices.
The ESG Committee is made up of a team, with the aim of guiding the implementation of ESG initiatives within the company. They will be responsible for developing strategies, defining objectives, monitoring progress and communicate the results to various stakeholders in a transparent and verifiable manner.
In its ESG strategy, the Committee has recognized 10 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as relevant among those defined by the United Nations 2030 Agenda, all in line with the objectives set by the Imesa Board of Directors in its long-term strategy.
By implementing clear sustainable and ethical practices, we want to contribute in an active and meaningful way to the well-being of environment, the communities in which we operate and society as a whole.

Corporate Welfare Projects
Thanks to internal surveys, we have introduced a fixed and
variable Welfare system to reward merit; We have introduced flexitime designed to improve work-life balance.
Training Meetings
We have launched training sessions for employees with the aim of raising awareness on environmental, social and governance issues. ESG training is the first step in integrating sustainability into all our business activities.

Our Green Footprint for the Environment
We participate in a project that allows us to replant trees based on our prints and their ecological disposal. To date, we have contributed with the planting of 2 trees in France, promoting environmental regeneration
Energy Efficiency
Our 48 KWp photovoltaic plant on the roof of our factory, which produces a minimum of 60,000 to a maximum of 66,500 KWh annually, plays a significant role in reducing CO2 emissions.
Results and Prospects
The creation of our first sustainable balance sheet represents a milestone towards greater transparency and a concrete commitment to ESG objectives.
